Welcome to Rotion App. By using rotionapp.com or any of its services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. About the service

Rotion App is a motion-design tool that runs entirely in your browser. You pick a template, add your images, and export an animated video. All processing and exporting happens locally on your device — your images and projects are never uploaded to our servers.

2. Accounts

• Core features can be used without an account.
• If you create an account, you are responsible for your details and password security.
• You must be at least 18, or use the service with a guardian's consent.
• Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• We offer a Free plan and a paid Pro plan (monthly or yearly).
• All payments are handled by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for this service and handles payment processing, invoicing, and applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the listed price, unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel auto-renewal at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices are shown in USD; taxes may be added based on your location.
• We may change prices with prior notice before the change applies to your subscription.

4. Your content

• You retain full ownership of the images, logos, and text you use, and of the videos you export.
• Because processing happens on your device, we do not access, store, or use your content for any purpose.
• You are solely responsible for holding the necessary rights to the material you use and for not infringing third-party rights.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's intellectual property.
• Produce misleading, abusive, hateful, or violent content.
• Attack or disrupt the service, or bypass plan limits or payment systems.
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.
• Use automated tools to abuse resources or clone the service.

6. Our rights

The software, templates, designs, and the "Rotion" brand are our property and are protected. Using the service grants you no right to copy or republish the code or templates beyond the outputs you create yourself.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform updates or maintenance, change features, or discontinue the service, making reasonable efforts to give advance notice of material changes.

8. Disclaimers and liability

• The service is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties.
• Because projects are stored in your browser, you are responsible for backups; clearing browser data may cause loss.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is in any case limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, refunding unused balance where appropriate.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date at the top will change, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence, and disputes fall under its competent courts, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights in your own country of residence.
